Team Member

Nigel is responsible for the optimisation of functional food and nutraceutical formulations. He has over 20 years experience working in the Cambridge biotechnology cluster and expertise in the stabilisation and delivery of active ingredients.

Nigel has previously worked on an EU collaborative project (EUREKA PROJECT 568 MEDISENS) for which he obtained a patent (PCT/EP1995/001779).
